1. I have a concern about my order, what’s the easiest way to contact you?

2. I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping details. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.


3. Where is my shipping confirmation?
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days before you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or promotions folder.


4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Please allow 2-4 days for tracking information to update after your order ships. Carriers sometimes experience delays in scanning packages. If there’s no movement after 4 business days, email us and we’ll look into it.


5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.


6. What if I want to cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at shopwithmodo@gmail.com. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we can no longer make changes.


7. What is your return policy?

8. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email shopwithmodo@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
